Spring has a way of inviting us back: into the light, into movement, into ourselves. After the slower pace of winter, this is a natural time for renewal and growth. The April Practice Challenge is a simple way to lean into that—by showing up, one class at a time.

🌱 This year, we’re keeping it simple and more inclusive than ever: anyone can join, no matter what pass you’re on, and you set your own goal!

Whether you come once a week or you’re ready to dive in, there’s a place for you here.

At its heart, this challenge is about consistency, connection, and noticing what begins to shift when you stay with something.

Spring reminds us that growth doesn’t happen all at once - it happens slowly, steadily, over time.

We Start April 1. How to Join Us:

  1. Open to all students and all class packages. Not a member but want to commit? Grab our 30 Day Practice Pass $108 for unlimited in-person classes (available for purchase March 30 - April 6 only).

  2. Put your name on the board! You can join at anytime - we’ll track classes from April 1 - 30 only.

  3. Set your personal stretch goal! Two ways to do this: 1) Beat your March attendance or 2) Set up a # of times a week you’d like to come!

  4. Give yourself a star. For every class you attend, add a star to the corresponding date. Who doesn’t love a gold star?

  5. This is an in-person only challenge. You can join at anytime during the month of April.


We’ve Got Prizes - because a little extra motivation never hurts!

The goal isn’t to push - it’s to GROW! And we want to celebrate your growth. Prizes will be awarded for the following categories (we’ll pick out of a hat if multiple winner per category)

  1. For the Most Classes Attended: 1 Free Month of Unlimited Membership + all its perks!

  2. For Reaching Your Personal Stretch Goal: $100 Gift Card to Camaraderie to be used on any offerings (except gift cards)

  3. Just For Showing Up to 4 or More Classes: Ticket to Yoga in the Treetops (month of choice!)
