Harvesting Your Inner Abundance: Remembering the Wisdom Within

September 25-27 with Katie Yev

An Autumn Women’s Retreat

Autumn is a season of transition, a time when the earth gathers what has ripened and begins to turn inward. As the natural world slows and prepares for rest, we are invited to do the same. Just as nature harvests its abundance, this weekend offers you the opportunity to pause, reflect, and receive what has quietly grown within you.

Join Katie Yev, yoga teacher + women’s circle facilitator, for Harvesting Your Inner Abundance,  a women’s retreat designed to help you reconnect with the fullness already within you.

In a world that moves quickly and constantly pulls us outward, this retreat is an invitation to return to steadiness, inner wisdom, and the quiet knowing that you are already enough.

This retreat creates space to slow down, notice, and honor the inner abundance that cannot be measured by productivity or performance. Together, we will step away from the noise of everyday life and into a supportive environment where reflection, connection, and inner listening are welcomed.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, time in nature, and expertly facilitated circles, you will have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, mind, and inner wisdom. This weekend is not about becoming something new, but about remembering what is already here.

The intention is that you leave feeling nourished and supported, grounded in the deep remembering of your own unique wholeness.

About Katie

Yoga teacher, reiki master, women’s circle facilitator.

Meghan Dwyer was born and raised by the waters and woods of the Wissahickon and currently resides in Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. She's been practicing yoga since 2003 and in 2009 she completed her first 200 hr teacher training at Blue Banyan Yoga Studio in Philadelphia.

In 2013 she graduated from Kelly Morris’ 300 hr Conquering Lion Yoga Teacher Training in NYC, which combined Jivamukti Yoga with elements of Tibetan Buddhism, Shamanism and the Divine Feminine. She is also certified in Yin Yoga, trained by Corina Benner in Levels 1 and 2 and has been apprenticing in the Andean Mystical Tradition of Peru since 2012.

In her classes, Meghan invites students to slow down, feel deeply, and to be gentle and compassionate with themselves. Her gifts include holding space for others to listen to the quiet wisdom embodied in the rhythm of their own hearts and to remember that their true nature is that of Mother Nature.

Meghan is the oldest of 7 kids and her sibs are her best friends. She feels freest swimming in the ocean and dancing to live music, especially if it’s reggae or Latin.

Meghan teaches Monday 4:30p Pelvic Care for Women + Thursdays 9:30a Slow Flow and 6p Gentle at Camaraderie.

What It’s Like Working with Meghan

“Being Meghan’s student feels like waking up to my best self. It’s a magnificent process of remembering, grieving, healing and renewing. Her work has been my medicine and I cherish her ability to so gracefully connect women to our Earth, and to each other.”

Isabelle M.

“Meghan’s wisdom, insight, and general way of moving in the world has shifted my perspective on the feminine. And has reconnected me to my comfort in knowing the Divine, which I've recently felt disconnected from for various reasons. She’s helped me to remember.
